Here is another look at the goal. I like these photos because it demonstrates team play. Lauren made the pass and continues down the line. Mallory draws the defender away from Lauren. But, because Lauren continued moving down the line the defender could not stay with Mallory. Hence, Mallory gets an open shot at the goal. (I am sure that is exactly what Lauren had in mind.)
