This turned out to be a pretty interesting discussion. The center apparently told Anatoliy that even though the player who scored the goal was off sides, it was not called because the keeper touched the ball before the off sides player kicked it in the goal. Rather amazing explanation. Doug thinks what really happened was the linesman was simply not paying attention.
